Departure Date/Time: Sunday August 4, Bus Departs at 11:30 AM, please be at the departure site by 10:40 AM.

Departure is from the Landmark(AMC) Theatre plaza, 75 Consumers Drive, Whitby, beside (east side of) Chuck E Cheeses.

Please ensure you have the following documents :
1) Transportation Form (completed and signed)
2) Health Card (actual card, not a copy)
3) Immunization Record
4) Code of Conduct Form (completed and signed)

NOTE: We will provide your Summer Training Offer on the morning of departure. 

Dress is Summer Uniform (Wedge, Blue Shirt, Pants, Belt, Boots(shined). Please remove your name tag and rank slip-ons.
